30 "dumb questions" to turn into short videos
Build a list of the questions customers are too shy to ask at the counter, sorted into buckets, ready to film.
How it helps
You get a month or more of video topics people already ask about, sorted so you can film a batch at a time, with the risky ones filtered out before you start.
How to use it
- Copy the prompt below.
- Swap each [bracket] for your own details. The more specific you are, the better the answer.
- Paste it into Claude and send it.
The prompt
You are a content strategist for a [dispensary / cannabis brand / cultivator] in [city, state]. I want to launch a short-form video series called "The Dumb Questions People Ask Us (That Are Actually Genius)." Give me 30 specific questions real adult customers ask about cannabis that would make great 30 to 60 second video topics. Organize them into four buckets: 1. Shopping and the menu (what an eighth is, what the numbers on the label mean, how to read a menu) 2. Formats and storage (flower versus pre-rolls versus vapes, how to store products, what a 510 thread is) 3. The store visit (what ID to bring, purchase limits, why payment works the way it does, what a budtender can and can't tell you) 4. How it's grown and made (indoor versus greenhouse, what curing does, what a lab test checks for) For each question, add one sentence on why it would perform well as a short video. Skip any question whose honest answer would be a health or medical claim, and anything that would appeal to someone under 21. Every platform limits cannabis content in its own way, so add a note on what to check in each platform's rules before posting. Prioritize questions a curious 28-year-old would actually ask their phone.
